Cargo-World Connect provides logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and related services. These terms govern your use of our website and all agreements for logistics or shipping services between you (“the Client”) and Cargo-World Connect (“the Company”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

3. Services Provided

We offer a range of logistics and transport services, including but not limited to:

• Air, sea, and road freight

• Customs clearance and documentation

• Warehousing and storage

• Pet relocation services

• Supply chain management

Cargo-World Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Quotes and Payments

• All quotations are valid for a limited time and may change based on fuel rates, taxes, or carrier surcharges.

• Payment terms must be agreed upon before shipment. Services will only commence once full or partial payment (as agreed) has been received.

• Late payments may result in additional charges or service delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete shipment information.

• Ensuring all goods are properly packed and labeled.

• Complying with import/export laws and customs regulations of all relevant countries.

• Obtaining any required permits, licenses, or documentation.

Cargo-World Connect will not be held liable for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

6. Transit and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

• Cargo-World Connect is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

• All shipments are transported subject to international freight and carrier terms.

7. Insurance

While we handle every shipment with utmost care, we strongly recommend that Clients obtain cargo insurance to cover loss, damage, or delay during transit.
Cargo-World Connect will assist in arranging insurance upon request but is not liable for any uninsured loss.

8. Liability

• The Company’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the declared value of the goods or the amount of freight charged (whichever is lower).

• Cargo-World Connect shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.

9. Prohibited Goods

We do not accept or transport the following items:

• Hazardous or illegal materials

• Perishable goods without prior approval

• Cash, jewelry, or valuable documents

• Items restricted under applicable customs laws

10. Pet Relocation Terms

• All pets must meet destination health and vaccination requirements.

• The Client must provide accurate medical records, permits, and documentation.

• Cargo-World Connect is not responsible for delays caused by airline or customs regulations.

• We ensure pets are transported humanely in compliance with IATA Live Animal Regulations.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Refund eligibility depends on the service stage at cancellation.

• Non-refundable fees may apply for administrative, documentation, or carrier bookings already made.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international transport and trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction
